We are Property Managers for 78 Manitoba Housing units.

•Eligible clients are those who cannot afford or obtain adequate and suitable accommodations

• Eligible applicant clients are interviewed and those approved are offered rentals as they become vacant.

• Families pay rent based on the Province’s Rent-To-Income Scale.

o Generally, families pay a basic rent of 27% of their total family income.

o This rent covers the cost of a fully serviced unit supplied with heat, washer, dryer, fridge, and stove.

o Rent may have minor adjustments added to it
